Anchovies4dinner is a therapeutic outlet for me, Jeff, to hone my writing skills, vent, rant, and create memories for a life time to come. With a full time job, two kids, two dogs, wife, and generally a full schedule there needs to be time for documenting my experiences and opinions. I am looking forward to a few times a week of writing.

The name Anchovies4dinner comes from the moment I realized my mom is making some dinner I don’t like and I think to myself why don’t you just give me anchovies? I have grown to love anchovies and everything my mother, Angela, makes as she is probably the best cook I know.
